One of the best repair experiences we have ever had. Always keeps us informed of what is going on and the approval of repairs are sent digital and with exact prices. You can approve or deny services with no sales pitch. No surprises and best part- I have never had to bring a vehicle back for the same problem. True professionals of the craft!

I got stranded outside of Abilene in my Mercedes. I looked up reviews for a Mercedes qualified mechanic and found Proctor Automotive. They were every bit of their 5 star rating. ASE certified mechanics and incredibly knowledgeable customer service reps. Small town welcome with big city expertise. They made a difficult situation manageable.
