They were very quick to look at my car, diagnose the issue and fix it the same day.

They responded quickly with an estimate. The truck was picked up Friday but has to be returned again for the same type of problem that was not resolved. They were quick to tell us that we should call if it is not fixed. Unfortunately it was a week before they could get to it again.

Proctor has always done good work on my cars over the last 25 yrs. They are not the cheapest repair in town because they use the best parts. I have never had to return a car for faulty repair.

Very professional and same day service

Procter Automotive is the best place to get your vehicles fixed and services after a dealership. They are also the only AAA approved place in town so you know you're getting a good job not a shady job. I booked an appointment online, and despite not having a confirmation, I thought I had an appointment (my fault). The team was able to get me in and diagnose the issue with my vehicle. Unfortunately, I only had enough to pay for the diagnosis and not the actual repair, but I'll be back when I need them next time! Thanks guys. By the way, the older, larger gentleman is kind towards homeless looking people. Worth mentioning.
