My truck was overheating and I needed help fast. I gave the shop a call and was seen within hours. After dropping off the truck they diagnosed the problem and called me to inform me of the necessary steps to move forward. They were prompt and got me back on the road same day. It wasn’t necessarily “cheap” however, you get what you pay for sometimes and these guys did an excellent job. I feel safe driving my family now. Thank you!

Took my truck into Procter Automotive as a first time customer. We just moved to Abilene and needed some overdue maintenance on my truck. They were very thorough and diagnosed an issue I had been concerned about, that 2 other mechanics had dismissed. The nagging noise turned out to be rear axle seals, not rear diff. Truck runs smooth and quiet again at a reasonable price thanks to Procter. Think we found our go-to automotive shop!
