I am so happy with the service provided by Proctor Automotive. Getting your AC fixed in July is not optional in Texas! From my first contact with Perry the Service Advisor to the speed at which they completed the repair at a fair price, I will bring all my cars to Proctor Automotive from now on. I can recommend them without reservation to all my friends and family.

David, thank you so much for the kind words regarding all the team's help in regards to fixing your AC. The recommendation really means a lot to us here, and as always, if you ever need anything at all in the future, please don't hesitate to let us know. Till next time! -Chris R. Highly recommend! My daughter is in college and we are hours away. They took great care of her car and the prices are very reasonable.

My daughter is a student at Abilene Christian. When her car started acting up I reached out to a few friends living in the area. They wholeheartedly recommended Procter Automotive. She took her vehicle there last year for some minor things and experienced great service. This year when the heavy rains caused flash floods, the water rose quickly and did some damage to some areas of her vehicle. We experienced fair pricing, GREAT communication, and over the top friendliness again. They will be honest with you if nothing is broken. They understand financial constraints and will tell you the "must dos" and what can wait. I'm very pleased with this business and will recommend them to all our nieces and nephews headed to ACU in the future. Have confidence in their honesty and transparency.

I was told in Midland Texas that the rear main seal was out on my 1992 Ford F-150 and that it would cost between $850 and $1250. I have family in Abilene and I called Vic @ Proctor and after he checked parts and everything he called and said it would be between $650 & $750. I dropped off the pickup on Monday the 16th of May and drove back to Midland. Vic called that afternoon and said it was not the rear seal but the head gaskets were leaking badly and that would be $387, BUT the water pump and fan clutch were going out again, just replaced in Midland less than 4 weeks prior and the u-joints were out. We agreed, the price compared to Midland was great! The work was completed on Tuesday evening and they kept it to check that there were no leaks. The drain plug had been damaged the last oil change in Midland and they fixed the plug and there are no leaks. Vic and Proctor Auto earned my business and respect by there attention to detail and they DO NOT say something is wrong until they check out the complete vehicle. It is hard to imagine that I can drive from Midland to Abilene,160 miles, and save money on repairs and get the much better service and results. Thanks and again they EARNED my business!

Ric, it was a pleasure taking care of your F-150's water pump and fan clutch issues, as well as your head gaskets. I'm delighted to know that you felt the team's service, especially Vic's, was so exceptional, and it means a lot that you'd leave such a informative and kind review like this. Customers like yourself make our day, and thank you so much for all the support. As always, if you ever need anything at all in the future, please don't hesitate to let us know. Till next time, please take care. -Chris R. Campbell Vice President

I began with Procter's in 1956 and, except for eight years living across the state 500 miles, have stayed with them. Founder Bob Procter was my man, and when Jimmy came along, the first class service never wavered. I honestly feel Jimmy and crew have my best interests fueling their honest and excellent service. Bob Lapham (John Mark;s father)

John, thank you so much for all the support over all these years. Customers like you make our day, and I'll sure to let Bob and Jimmy know how much you appreciate their contributions, as well. As always, if you ever need anything at all in the future, don't hesitate to let the team and I know. Till next time, please take care. -Chris R. Campbell Vice President

Most women hate the idea of having to go to the mechanic, I am one of them. Who do you trust? Are they going to see a woman walk in the door and hike the price or tell me something frivolous is needed? I keep myself educated with how much the going hourly rate of a mechanic is, what parts are needed, how much I can get them for, etc. I have men in my family that can do the work on cars, but with Proctor Auto it is worth it to have them do the work. They are honest, keep you updated on what is being done, how much everything is. I feel secure in what they say and the work they do.

MB, thank you so much for the kind words regarding the team's help. I'm glad we could help you feel comfortable and that you found our work honest and our assessment and pricing fair. As always, if you ever need anything at all in the future, please don't hesitate to get in touch. Till next time. -Chris R. Campbell Vice President
