After several attempts to have my wife's car properly taken care of, I called the shop foreman of the dealer in Fort Worth, he recommended Procter. They have performed several services on the car and all were done correctly, on time, and we are more that satisfied.

Very pleased with the honesty, they could have told me anything and I would have believed them and paid whatever it was, but the cause of my oil puddle was not something major, but a hole in the oil filter, a simple fix. Thank you for that because that's hard to find nowadays.

Procter Automotive is the best place in Abilene for automotive repair. I have been taking my cars there for over 15 years and have always been extremely pleased with their service.

Great and quick job. My engine idle problem turned out to be as simple as 2 loose spark plug wires, but Procter resolved the issue quickly and put me back on the road in no time.

After getting a couple of quotes for over $1200.00, I took my car to Jimmy and his folks at Procter. I had used him in the past, but had not been there in several years. I mistakenly thought they were higher priced, although I knew they did excellent work. Long story short, they fixed my car for about $300.00 less than I was quoted and that included my alignment!
