A oil change was done on my SUV. Service was good. Didn’t take all day.

Proctor has always done good work on my cars over the last 25 yrs. They are not the cheapest repair in town because they use the best parts. I have never had to return a car for faulty repair.

Very professional and same day service

Procter Automotive is the best place to get your vehicles fixed and services after a dealership. They are also the only AAA approved place in town so you know you're getting a good job not a shady job. I booked an appointment online, and despite not having a confirmation, I thought I had an appointment (my fault). The team was able to get me in and diagnose the issue with my vehicle. Unfortunately, I only had enough to pay for the diagnosis and not the actual repair, but I'll be back when I need them next time! Thanks guys. By the way, the older, larger gentleman is kind towards homeless looking people. Worth mentioning.

Procter’s found my car needed a catalytic converter replaced. They took care of the issue in a timely manner. They provided transportation to my home. I was very pleased with the process. All personnel were helpful and friendly. I definitely will use Procter’s for future car repairs.

The staff of proctor automotive was very kind and professional. The pros are the people and the professionalism of the company. Cons you cannot purchase your own parts to them to install. Overall I would recommend proctor automotive to anyone in need of vehicle repair.
