They really worked with me to make getting service on my 20th Ann. VW Gti easy. They where recommended by a friend and did excellent work. I needed over sized brakes replaced and ceramic pads, dropped it off on Wed. and was done Thur. with nothing on order. They even let me pay over the phone and missed no time from work.

The guys at Proctor took care of my Bimmer's need for a brake job very well and explained the process and cost prior to doing the work. Anything with a Bimmer is expensive, but I appreciate not being surprised with the bill. Proctor always does this well.

A few months back I took my truck in for new brakes. I was told the back brakes needed replacing and the front pads still had about 30% left on them and didn't need replacing at that time. I took the truck back last week thinking that the pads would be ready for changing since it seemed to be stopping a little slower. Jimmy called and said I still had plenty of wear left just glazing on the pads.
