It was good to be able to just have my car towed directly there, no advanced notice, quickly explain my situation, which I knew little about, and have my car back in a matter of days. It was a simple, convenient, and positive experience, with timely results.

I've had my truck serviced there many times with excellent results.

Have been taking my vehicles (old pickup/new one, nice jaguar, to 68 gran torino) to Proctor's for 5+ years. Never once have I been dissatisfied in any way and i am one picky person. I have recommended Proctor Automotive many times over the past several years. After several bad experience at other shops I began taking my vehicles to Proctor Automotive a few years ago. I can depend on them to do the job right the first time, in a timely manner and with the utmost courtesy. My fuel pump went out on my truck on a Friday morning. I had my truck towed to their shop and it didn't get there until 11:00 a.m. and they were still able to get the repair done the same day despite not being able to start the repair until late afternoon. They were also thoughtful enough to remove the faceplate on my car stereo, as a precaution, in case they couldn't finish the repair before closing.
