Procter Automotive has been servicing my Porsches right here in Abilene for several years on the advice of my out-of-town Porsche dealer. I have formed a very happy relationship with Procter Automotive both personally and professionally. They have provided outstanding service and has saved me numerous road trips.

Been dealing with Proctor for over 20 years….very trustworthy people. Wouldn’t take my cars anywhere else! Courteous staff and so responsive to clients. I know when they have checked out my car, I am confident I am “road worthy”. Can’t say enough good things!

Our car went in with minor damage from a weather related accident. Came out with a 4,000 dollar oil leak. A dead brand new battery. A flat tire. They claimed the oil leak also ruined a brand new alternator. They also switch tires around to keep from replacing a new one on an insurance claim. Replaced the bumper with an old bumper that was a different color. I seriously believe they trashed our car because we are Black! This company is trash.I also noticed that my previous reviews were removed.

Very knowledgeable staff, and a reasonable price, (less than half compared to the Audi dealership in the Dallas area),for the repairs that I needed for my Audi A3 diesel. New intake manifold, new O2 sensor, oil change, rear lightbulb replacement, and inspection. Work was performed in a timely manner only held up by waiting on parts from Audi. Perfect as far as I am concerned.
