People were friendly and fair. They worked with us and got insurance to cover repairs. They know their stuff and have a very handy text based program to review quotes and repairs.

These guys are great with servicing my BMW. The office staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. If you have a European car, or American, they'll exceed your expectations!

The guys at Proctor automotive took on my Land Cruiser when other shops wouldn't; there was a lot of work that needed to be done to the front axle/diff, along with brakes and a couple of other things. They got the vehicle back to me in the least amount of time possible & kept me informed along the way if something was delayed or they found a serious issue. I took it off road a week later, shifting in/out of hi/low gears & having to seriously use the brakes. The vehicle performed flawlessly & we never questioned whether the 25 year old vehicle could handle it. I'll be taking it back there for more work soon.
