Went to Procter auto 20 years ago for classic car repair. Walked in last month and they greated me by name. That's crazy. Something to be said when the owner has that level of memory and employee retention. Same great service. I'd consider bringing my car from DFW if it meant this level of honesty and service. There's a reason they have been in business for as long as they have. Best mechanics in Abilene. Bar none.

The guys were really great. Called, they scheduled an appointment, and gladly fit me in the next day. Offered me a ride home and back. Called me with the estimate before doing any work. And when I voiced some extra concerns, the guy behind the counter checked out the car for free to alleviate my concerns. Overall, great service. Super nice.
