Billy the service advisor was really good! I appreciate his part of my experience. However the customer service guys behind the desk... AWFUL...RUDE...! The entire 4 weeks my vehicle was at their shop, I never bothered them. Made minimal calls and was extremely understanding about how long it was taking. The one time I stopped in to check on my sons vehicle the guy behind the counter was huffy, short fused, and treated me like I was on his nerves! I know nothing about vehicles and it’s not my job to understand them. So when I’m paying you thousands of dollars the least you could do is be kind enough to explain without a harsh abrasive tone.

New to Abilene. Needed service on my Jaguar XF so I was referred to Proctor’s. The staff was great. My service was completed early than I expected and was flawless. More amazing the cost was actually less than I expected and fair. They have a loyal customer in me now.
