Proctor Automotive has become our "Go To" vendor when we need repairs to our vehicles. They always are very responsive to our concerns and manage to get us in quickly. They not only have taken care of our 2 vehicles we currently drive but have been awesome to consult/advise/repair my husband's 1979 Ford PU - his baby! And guess what? They follow up repairs with either a text, email, or call to ensure our satisfaction.

After an oil change shop tried to scare us into an expensive repair, we brought our car to Procter. They were fast, efficient, and above all honest about the fact that we didn't actually need it. Outside of that, they have done great work every time we bring a car in. One of the few shops anywhere that can actually be trusted.

I took my truck into Procter Automotive after several people recommended it to me. I couldn't find the issue myself, so I finally decided to take it in and they were able to find the problem right away. They were very professional and above all, honest! Definitely take your car here first!

Always professional and accommodating! Prices seem fair as well. Sadly I’m relocating to Dallas and will miss them greatly.... might even come back to Abilene just for them if need be.

We had quite a few issues with my wife's GMC Acadia. Suspension, powersteering rack & pinion, a door cable, windshield washer pump etc. We used Proctor because of good reviews, and they did not disappoint! Vick was super helpful and friendly every time (even when I called in 5 minutes before they closed to ask questions lol) They handled all of the phone calls and approvals with our PITA car warranty. He even lined up a rental car for us. The work was performed extremely fast, and he kept us updated every step of the way. We will definitely use them again in the future. Keep it up guys!
