I have used this group for a Miata I own when I couldn’t figure out an issue. Most recently I took our dodge pickup before a trip. They are an outstanding group. They are hard working, honest, excellent communication and are on target with their quotes. I explained our son was taking this truck on a trip and needed it out by a certain date and wanted them to change the rear end grease, change fluids and see if they could diagnose a clicking sound the truck had been making and told them I had to have it back in 4 days. I usually do my own maintenance but did not have time to get it done and there was a clicking noise that I could not identify. They diagnosed and repaired the issue communicating with me every step of the way. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Proctor and will continue to utilize their shop in anything I can’t do myself.
