The front desk was very welcoming like they appreciated your business. They were prompt in a diagnosis and the price they quoted was what they delivered. Although I was expecting a big bill that was not the case. Based on my brief experience I would definitely use them again.

Put on catalytic converters that had been stolen.. very professional and courteous!!!!

My alternator has been bad but I actually gave out on me on a Thursday night. Called procter At 7 am Friday, they looked at my car by 11 am, had the part ordered, and my car was finished Monday afternoon. They were extremely nice and accommodating. I’m woman that was by myself and they were not condescending at all. Pricing was fair. I literally had the best experience here and would take my car back again. Thank you to everybody there!
