I highly recommend Proctor for your automotive repairs! The staff is friendly and competent. They got to my son's car in a reasonable amount of time. They have a night drop box in case you need to drop it off after hours. My son's car had a cooling issue and we had AAA tow it over. Proctor is a AAA facility. AAA said that this means they have gone through a thorough vetting process and have to meet their high standards of customer service, proper facilities and training/certifications. It also allows for a 10% discount up to $50 on repairs! I feel like Proctor is a safe place to bring your car for repairs. They may not be the cheapest but they are reliable and will do the job correctly plus they warranty their work.

After 5 months and no viable answers as to why our automobile wasn’t running correctly, we called Tom at Proctor Automotive at the suggestion of a friend. I thought I’d just be dealing with Tom. But the entire team (including Tom) was not only super friendly and professional, they were prompt to diagnose the problem, kept in contact with us, and knowledgeable about the engine issues. Every step of the way they let us know what to expect so there were no surprise charges. The guys at Proctor had our SUV back to us within a few days of starting the work. My husband and I are so thankful to the entire team. They truly care about the quality of their work. We feel blessed to have been referred to them!
