Took my Escape to Proctor's the first part of March because reviews were good. Took them well over 2 hours of me waiting in the waiting area before they told me what all was wrong with the front end of my vechile. Jay called me later that day with the cost of over 5 Grand to fix the front end. I agreed to have some of the parts that needed to be fixed immediately and that came out to $3700.00. I dropped off my car on a Monday morning at 730 am and told them I had to have my car back that day as my job DEPENDS on me having my car (it's not a car to get to and from work, but a car to do my job). By 430 that afternoon my car had not moved from where they parked it across the street. Tuesday before lunch they finally called to say it's ready. Got home and looked over the bill and then looked up the cost of parts and was charged 3 to 4 times more than what parts actually cost. The rack and pinion, for one part being replaced, they charged almost $1800 for the part alone, when the highest price I found was under $800.⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️BEWARE of this place as they will rob you blind⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ And also they replaced the struts and one of the struts is leaking, but you think they would fix their mistake, NOT A CHANCE. If you want to go broke fixing your car then this is the place to take it.
