Came to fix smoking under the hood. Changed valve cover gasket in 1 day and was really fast. Been a day since then the car almost burned off the rest of the oil in hard to reach places

Proctor Automotive is a tremendous automotive service. The service I received was beyond reproach. It was the best I have received. My Ram almost lost its wheel while I was driving it near Abilene. It was towed to Proctor Automotive. On Monday morning, I was called concerning the situation. Later that day, it was repaired and a very fair price and continued on my trip. The communication was fantastic from Jay and Jimmy. Proctor searched for a wheel replacement since mine was damaged. Thank you for what you did to get us going!

Outstanding and thorough work. Jay at the front desk was most helpful and kept me informed. Work was accompanied very quickly.

Update 12/12/20- Car had been leaking fluid since the engine was replaced. Was told the rack and pinion needed to be replaced. Got that replaced and it's still leaking. Was told the mechanic had the bottom plastic undercarriage off to inspect a vibration. And, to also find the leak. They didn't have enough time. But, if I can find this in my driveway and their "experienced" mechanics can't? I'll see y'all Tuesday. Will give back 5 stars if fixed properly. Starting to make me wonder.
