I'm so glad we found Proctor Automotive in Abilene. We no longer have to take our foreign vehicle back to its dealership in DFW for service and rely on them to service our domestic vehicle as well. This last auto repair my husband and I had was actually the second time Proctor Automotive and staff went above and beyond to fix our issue! We called to book the most recent repair the week of Independence Day and were informed they would be booked until the next Monday. They even recommended another mechanic which was so thoughtful but my husband insisted on sticking with Proctor because of our previous experience.
