It was what I call a “God wink!” My car broke down close to butternut. A friend picked me up. I left my car for repair at Proctor Automotive. Both long time residents recommended this place as a good reputation! Early next day and diagnostic evaluation they fixed my car (gas pump and relay) they did a great job and my repair cost was very reasonable! I will definitely use them again. Very nice and very knowledgeable! Thank you Billy for living up to your reputation!

I got stranded on a long drive in west Texas with a busted mid-90s Land Cruiser - significant damage to radiator and engine head and ancillary parts. These guys fixed me up. They know their Toyotas, including mine.

Very efficient, sent photo of the cause of my problem, and explained it,said they would need to order parts. Called me one day before I was expecting, and said my vehicle was ready ! Took care of small things , like resetting my oil change on vehicle and also putting reminder sticker on window for next oil change . Very satisfied ! Have already referred my brother-in-law to them for a vehicle problem he is having.

Really good experiences with Procter Automotive. What I really appreciated is they tell you, beforehand, if they're having staffing challenges and won't guarantee something will definitely be done in a certain time frame. My vehicle issues were handled in a timely manner and there were no followup issues. I have an older German made vehicle and have recommended Procter to a friend who also has a European sports car.
