They had my car from 7 to 21 Aug and it still isn't repaired! I had to call them to ask the status of my vehicle on Tuesday the 19th Aug because they were waiting on a part to come in. They told me they just got the part but they might not be able to get it on the schedule on Tuesday. So I waited till Thursday to follow up. I show up and my vehicle is sitting across the street in their gated lot. I ask the guy at the counter (Billy) what's the status of my vehicle and he said they just got the part Wednesday. I said no, when I called Tuesday I was told that it was in then. Then asked Billy if they track their parts? He said yes to which I inquired, why wasn't my vehicle on the schedule for repair Wednesday or even thurday morning if the part arrived Tuesday? Their response was "with this company we don't know when the part will be in, it could be 1 week or 3 weeks." Reguardless they knew the part was in on Tuesday and it wasn't on the schedule at all. I'm totally disappointed in the customer service and time frame to accomplish this job. No one called me to tell me the part was even in or the expected completion time, I had to call them! Now they have had my vehicle two weeks and Billy says "well its 2pm so I don't know if it will be done today." I said "excuse me?" You've had the part since Tuesday and its now Thursday after 2pm (2 weeks total that you've had it.) I told Billy that this has been two weeks and your business dropped the ball by not working on the vehicle when you've had the part for 2 days. I told him "I'll wait for it to be complete." So I decided to parked my butt on their couch to wait for my car since they can't pick up the phone to give me a status. Hopefully since I am here they will see that I need my vehicle completed. It’s now 2:22pm and they are pulling my car in the bay. They finished at 4:18 pm. Then asked if I wanted them to repair my shifing mechanism. I said no thanks. Final result a bill well over $1,600 (paid less due to military discount) to replace my ECM, excuses given when asked why it wasn't complete and 2 weeks without a vehicle. Never will I do business with them again!
