One of the best repair experiences we have ever had. Always keeps us informed of what is going on and the approval of repairs are sent digital and with exact prices. You can approve or deny services with no sales pitch. No surprises and best part- I have never had to bring a vehicle back for the same problem. True professionals of the craft!

I got stranded outside of Abilene in my Mercedes. I looked up reviews for a Mercedes qualified mechanic and found Proctor Automotive. They were every bit of their 5 star rating. ASE certified mechanics and incredibly knowledgeable customer service reps. Small town welcome with big city expertise. They made a difficult situation manageable. It was too expensive to fix my 2009 Tiguan, but it was still a pleasure working with Proctor/Billy. He took the time to explain everything to me, even took me around back and showed me a couple problem spots on the engine. Great service, communicates with customers well during the process. Did have to add on to the repair from original quote, but they provided pictures and good information prior to me saying yes. Billy did not force the extra repair on me like some shops will do. It was a necessary repair, and actually saved me money on a future repair. Will return for service in the future.
